I spoke with Giovanni regarding some tech questions that I had and about possibly purchasing a second and larger 18" Dri-Rod Dehumidifier and a Stealth Power Outlet Kit. Giovanni was friendly, professional and courteous. After addressing my tech questions Giovanni assisted me with completing my transaction. I received a confirmation email of my order prior to my call even ending and a follow-up email when my items shipped. Received my order in lightning fast speed utilizing the free shipping option. However, what was truly remarkable is that I received my order in only two business days and I live across the country. I am extremely pleased with both my second dehumidifier and the power outlet kit. Both items were very easy to install and they both had clear concise instructions. Not to mention, that I still love the informative videos that Dean's Safe has on their website. As I stated in my initial review, after my first purchase, it's amazing to see this level of professionalism exhibited by any company but to experience it from a company within an industry that is not known for their world renowned customer service is all the more impressive. Prior to my initial purchase from Dean Safe/Security, I visited three local shops and was treated with the same humdrum, lackluster, uninterested in helping you customer service that has unfortunately become so prevalent in today's society.
