Safe was damaged and returned. Replacement was in transit then unexpectedly route was changed and it was sent back to Hollon. So no safe received yet to give review about.

My experience with Dean Safe was excellent. My wife and I visited the Culver City store and the woman who helped us was great. They didn’t have what we needed in the store but the saleswoman showed us options from their online store and we found exactly what we needed. We got home and placed the order, a few days later the safe was at our door. Overall it was a very good experience and really happy to support a local store.
After ordering a safe and having to wait a month and a half a safe was supposedly shipped. After receiving notification that it arrived, yet it did not, it took me a couple more weeks to get Hollon to start working with FedEx on a claim that FedEx indicated that DeanSafe/Hollon had to initiate. DeanSafe indicated that they had to delegate this to Hollon who in turn, even though FedEx indicated to file a claim, decided to take a wait-and-see approach. No communication on that approach was communicated to me. I ultimately had to request DeanSafe to cancel my order. I primarily fault FedEx and Hollon; however, I hope DeanSafe can create a better relationship with partners like Hollon to ensure that things are better processed in a timely fashion and with better communication.
