Can I place my order over the phone?
We are more than happy to take your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have! Our friendly and courteous staff is available from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

How do I know if my order went through?
An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided with the order details.
When is payment taken for my order?
Payment is deducted immediately and automatically through our order processing system.
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
Contact one of our representatives at 818-899-2222 as soon as possible. As long as the item has not shipped we can make any changes to your order or refund your payment the same day. In the event the item has shipped and left our warehouse, please reference ourreturn policy.
Please Note: Custom built safe orders cannot be cancelled after they have been ordered and put into production.
How soon will you ship my order?
Nearly all standard orders received by 12 PM PST will ship same business day. Nearly all accessories, handgun safes, gun cabinets, floor safes, wall safes and anti-theft lock boxes are in stock and ready to ship today. For gun safes, home safes, jewelry safes, vaults and other various high value items please reference an "In Stock Ships Same Business Day" sticker for accurate information. For all special orders including special doors, locks, paint jobs or other custom features please call for availability and lead times.
How fast will my order get here?
You will receive an automatic e-mail as soon as tracking is updated to the order and an estimated delivery date will be provided. Since we ship same business day for all standard orders, anything less than 150 lbs will be delivered within 2-5 business days. All Smaller items typically ship through USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail. All mid-size items ship through Fed Ex Ground and all items over 150 lbs ship Fed Ex LTL Freight which varies greatly based on location but should be delivered no later than 2 weeks. Drivers will call you to set up a delivery appointment.
What happens if my order is defective?
All defective orders will be replaced by Dean Safe at no cost to the customer. We take full responsibility for the items we sell and promote.
What happens if my order is damaged?
All damaged orders will be replaced by Dean Safe at no cost to the customer. We take full responsibility for our packaging and shipping methods. If the item arrives damaged and the customer wishes to keep the item we can negotiate a credit for the damage, however pictures will be required.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
There is no sales tax imposed with the exception of California orders.
Please Note:Some states require that taxpayers fill out a "use tax" return and pay the equivalent of a sales tax in their state. Please consult your state law to determine if you have to pay this tax.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed?
Absolutely, we offer UPS 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air shipping methods. If the option is available for the item it will show up in the "calculate shipping" pop up box on the item and order page. For special circumstances please feel free to give us a call at 818-899-2222 and we can explore options with you.
Do you offer white glove service outside of Southern California?
Yes we offer Garage, Threshold and White Glove Delivery all across the Continental United States. Simply choose the available option at checkout.
What is curbside delivery?
For items weighing over 150 pounds, LTL Freight shipments will deliver the safe to the beginning of your driveway on the sidewalk curb. Depending on the size and weight of the safe, you may want to arrange for additional assistance in bringing the safe inside of the home.
