The Premier Redundant RotoBolt Lock and Keypad is a manipulation-resistant 4-wheel Combination Lock with an Electronic Lock override. It can also be used as an Electronic RotoBolt with a mechanical combination lock override. The lock has a standard mechanical lock footprint.
Mounting the lock is quick and easy and requires no spline key. It's used with a square shaft as the spindle. With its unique design, there is not need to remove the back cover for installation.

ELECTRONIC LOCK OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Operates with a six-digit code
- After entry of a valid code, a double beep with follow
- An invalid entry is followed by a long signal
- After 10 seconds without entry, the current code being entered will be voided
- Locks are set-up by the safe manufacturer and set to the default code of: 1-2-3-4-5-6
CHANGE USER CODE
- OPEN SAFE USING THE CURRENT CODE (Default: 1-2-3-4-5-6) - KEEP DOOR OPEN THROUGHOUT PROCESS
- Press and Hold [0] until you hear a double beep
- Enter existing user code (Default code is: 1-2-3-4-5-6) - You will hear a double beep
- Enter new code - You will hear a double beep
- Reenter new code - You will hear a double beep
- Your new user code is now installed
- Test new code with the door of the safe still open
- If you hear a long beep while trying to change the code, the lock has timed out and your new code has not been registered
- Reopen safe with the preexisting code and then retry
BATTERY INFORMATION
- The battery compartment is located at the bottom of the lock.
- The battery must be connected to the battery connector found inside the battery compartment
- Use only 9V ALKALINE batteries
- Duracell or Energizer batteries are recommended
- A series of signals after code entry indicates that the battery is weak and needs to be replaced
LOCKOUT MODE
- After four-consecutive invalid code attempts, the keypad will enter lockout mode for 5 minutes
- During the lockout period,the LED light will flash every 10 seconds and any key pressed will cause a long beep
- Lock will continue to reenter lockout mode after every two consecutive invalid code attempts until the correct code is entered
COMBINATION LOCK OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Always turn the dial slowly and carefully
- Up the Opening Index to OPEN
- On the last turn for each number, stop exactly when the number is in line with the Opening Index. In case you turned too far, you cannot correct this by turning back.
- In case of error, start over beginning with the first number
OPENING YOUR SAFE USING THE COMBINATION LOCK
- Factory combination is "50"
- Please refer to your safe owners manual for your unique combination and carefully follow the instructions to open using the dial in the center of your lock
- Turn dial RIGHT (clockwise), pass the first number in your combination FOUR times and stop on the FIFTH time, when the number line is fully lined up with the OPENING INDEX
- Turn dial LEFT (counter-clockwise), pass the second number in your combination THREE times and stop on the FOURTH time, when the number line is fully lined up with the OPENING INDEX
- Turn dial RIGHT (clockwise), pass the third number in your combination TWO times and stop on the THIRD time, when the number line is fully lined up with the OPENING INDEX
- Turn dial LEFT (counter-clockwise), pass the fourth number in your combination ONE time and stop on the SECOND time, when the number line is fully lined up with the OPENING INDEX
- AFTER YOUR NEW COMBINATION HAS BEEN DIALED INK TURN THE DIAL TO THE RIGHT AND STOP ON [0] AND TURN THE HANDLE OF YOUR SAFE TO OPEN (UNLOCK)
- TO LOCK THE SAFE, CLOSE THE DOOR, ROTATE HANDLE TO LOCKED POSITION AND ROTATE DIAL 3 TURNS IN EITHER DIRECTION
TIPS TO ASSURE THE HIGHEST SECURITY WITH YOUR LOCK
- NEVER select a code from personal data (birthday, telephone number, anniversary, etc)
- Each number should be at least 4 numbers apart from each other (NOT in sequence)
- NEVER set the last number between 0 - 20
