This Stealth EGS28 Gun Safe was damaged during shipping. The safe was refused by the customer and sent back to our warehouse. It has never been used. There is a large dent in the top front corner of the safe, some damages to the top right edge of the side of the safe and some paint chips. These damages will most likely affect the fire rating on the safe. We recommend using a fire seal on the cracks, however we cannot guarantee the fire protection. All other components on the safe are in new working condition. This safe is sold-as-is. It is located at 2130 Ward Ave Simi Valley, CA 93065.

*Fire rating and burglary rating affected on this particular model.* Normally this safe comes with a 30 minute fire protection and CA DOJ rating. We cannot guarantee any security or fire ratings due to the damages. However, we do recommend filling any cracks or damages with a fire resistant seal. The EGS28 comes with an intumescent door seal that expands to multiple times its size during a fire.
The Stealth EGS28 Gun Safe is built with 14 gauge steel on the door and body. The door is secured in all 4 directions with 8 total, 1" thick solid steel locking bolts. Adding in the razor thin door gaps, this safe is reliably secure and offers extreme pry-resistance.
Stealth's Essential Gun Safe line comes standard with the UL ListedNL UR-2020 High Security Electronic Lock. This lock is one of the most reliable locks in the safe industry and is assembled and tested in the USA. This safe has a mechanical dial lock option available. With the lock comes a hard plate and internal re-locker that will keep the bolts locked if a thief were to attempt a punch or drill attack.
Unique to Stealth Gun Safes, and an added feature that no other entry level safe comes with, is the Customizable Molle Door Panel Organizer that helps free up additional space in the safe. The Stealth EGS28 Gun Safe comes with gray, carpet-lining interior that will help protect your valuables from being scratched or damaged while stored inside. This model in the EGS lineup comes with a dual gun rack that can store up to 28 long guns, plus Stealth has included adjustable (or removable) storage shelves to provide additional space for neatly storing your valuables inside. These storage shelves include 1 top shelf & 3 smaller side shelves. Coming pre-installed on the inside of the EGS28 is an electrical power outlet kit that is equipped with 3 outlet plug-ins and 2 USB slots so that you can charge your electronics, plug in a light kit or dehumidifier, etc. inside the safe.
The EGS Essential Gun Safe Series all come in Stealth's extremely unique and durable Armored Black Textured Paint. are styled with a black 3-spoke handle. The external hinges on the EGS28 Gun Safe, allow the door to open a full 180º, so you have complete access to the contents of your safe. Four bolt down holes are pre-drilled to bolt the safe down to the floor and come with mounting hardware, along with cap covers to nicely hide the holes inside the safe.
