Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns

To return a product, please call us at (818) 899-2222 and let us know you wish to return an item. We will be happy to issue a label to bring the item back to our warehouse, and email or FAX it to you. Place the item in the original box, with all parts and place one copy of the label inside the box, and attach a second copy to the exterior of the box and hand it to any UPS driver and they will bring it back to us.

If you choose pay to return the item to us, please call so we can give you a RMA number to put on your package so we can track it when it comes in.

NOTE: to get a full refund the item must be in the original packaging and we must be able to re-sell the item.

Replacements

If you wish a replacement item as soon as we receive the item we will send it out to you. If you request a replacement item, we will give you a refund for the item you returned (minus your original shipping charge) and charge you for the new item plus shipping on the original credit card you used.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund we will just refund your original purchase price minus twice the original shipping charge to your credit card (unless you have paid for the shipping, then we will just deduct the original shipping charge.).

Defective Products

If you receive merchandise that is defective please call us at (818) 899-2222. We will replace the item and pay the shipping to and from you. All products we sell are new and are believed to be in workable condition.

Paypal Orders

If you have paid by Paypal, we will need a credit card to complete your refund and to charge the new item too, since our accounting system will not allow us to refund you through Paypal.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible, since most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. If you decide to cancel an order after it has shipped you will have to wait for the order to arrive and call us for a label to return it.
