The Cannon home and office H-4 safe is more than a little anti-theft safe - it has a UL RSC label for burglary and an ETL fire rating (75 minutes at 1200 degrees F). What does UL RSC mean? It means that this safe has been independently tested against a tool attack, meaning it's not the safe manufacture telling you this is a good safe. It's an independent company (Underwriters Laboratory) doing an actual test on the safe.

The fire rating is also done by an independent company, ETL, with a rating of 75 minutes at 1200 degrees F. All in all, two independent companies have tested this safe, one for burglary and one for fire.
