Biometric Gun Safes provide hi-tech entry into safe for quick access to your firearms and other valuables. Through the use of a specially made keypad, you can access your safe with the touch of a finger. The lock itself is the today's modern electronic lock, yet when you program your fingerprint into the biometric keypad, only your fingerprint, the correct combination, or both on the keypad allows access to your safe. The lock will only read your fingerprint as the circulation moves through your finger. The lock would not open with a faked fingerprint or if someone were to cut off your finger and apply it to the scanner.

When your fingerprint is applied to the scanner on the keypad, the high tech instruments within the keypad, reads your fingerprint, and matches it in seconds, with the stored fingerprints to see if it should unlock the lock. When it matches it releases the lock to allow you to open the safe. When it doesn't, it records a missed combination and counts against the number of tries you have to get into the safe before the lock shuts down, and goes into lock-out for a set period of time.
