This American Security TF5517 Gun Safe was picked up from a customer looking to buy a newer safe. The safe shows some light wear and tear from its previous owner, which does not effect the security on the safe. Inside the previous owner added in a wood shelf that can be used for additional storage along with the other carpet-lined shelf. Both can be adjusted to any height or removed from inside the safe. All components of this safe are in working condition. This safe comes with a mechanical dial lock, 30 minute fire rating and is finished in a black textured paint. The safe is sold as is. The American Security AMSEC TF5517 provides all that and a bit more with its steel constructed door & body and fire insulating material. This American Security Gun Safe comes with 30 minutes of fire protection. With its security, this safe is a California DOJ Approved Gun Safe.
The lock on this safe is theS&G Mechanical Dial Lock. Paired with this lock is a chrome l-shape turn handle to pull back the bolts and open the door. This model comes with 8 total 1" thick steel locking bolts to secure the door shut.
The safe is finished in a textured black paint and the entire interior comes lined with a tan colored carpeting. This particular safe comes with 1 carpet-lined adjustable shelf and 1 wood shelf built by this safes previous owner to add additional storage options inside.
With four pre-cut anchor holes, you can secure the AMSEC TF5517 down to the floor.
