This is an older model from the HD Series by Brown Safe. The safe is a high security built TL-15 safe that comes with interior drawers for storage. The safe was picked up from a customer looking to buy a bigger safe. The safe shows some wear and tear from its previous owner but all parts of the safe are in great, working condition. This safe has a 90 minute fire protection, La Gard Electronic Lock and is finished in a Dove Gray Finish. This model not only comes with an upgraded interior, but the customer also added an upgraded 3-spoke handle to open the door. The safe is sold-as-is. The HD Series by Brown Safe provides top level security for your valuables. This HD-4018 older model comes with a TL-15 burglary rating. TL ratings are a high security rating by UL that is tested with top level equipment. The door and body of this Brown Safe is built with heavy duty steel. The door has a 2 ½" total barrier material and the body has a 2 ¾" total barrier.
Due to the increased steel and security levels, the safe comes with 90 minutes of fire protection at 1700 degrees Fahrenheit with fire-cladding on the door and body. On the front of the safe lies a UL Listed La Gard Electronic Lock that is protected by a ball bearing hard plate.
The interior comes with 4 beautiful wood drawers for storing smaller items or documents. The top portion of the interior is lined in a fabric to protect your valuables stored inside from getting scratched.
The safe is finished in a Dove Gray gloss finish and comes with an upgraded 3-spoke chrome turn handle.
