Bulk Purchases & Dealer Program

Our large inventory of In-Stock products allow you to purchase from us and receive your products fast and at a volume discount. Great for construction companies, gun dealers and locksmiths, our dealer program can help you save money and better serve your clients and customers. Some important notes regarding our dealer program and bulk purchases:

  1. Please have your business license, California resale license (if applicable) and Internet address or some form of advertising for business verification.
  2. Dealer prices do not include shipping, shipping rates are based on weight and zip code. We can ship to Canada, (call for rates) please remind the final customer they are responsible for Canadian taxes and duties.
  3. Dropship programs are available for stocking dealers only with a physical retail store.
  4. Unless noted all orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California. If an ordered item is not in stock we will advise and give approx. lead time. Unless directed to cancel order we will hold order and ship as soon as merchandise is available. Orders can be canceled anytime prior to shipping. There may be re-stocking charge on special order items even if item has not shipped.
  5. Tracking numbers will be emailed when orders are shipped.
  6. We accept payment by Discover, Master Card, American Express and Visa, (or company check) payment is due prior to shipping.
  7. You must call for Return Authorization if customer wants to return an order. Product(s) must be in original packaging in "new" condition to receive full refund. Must call for Authorization within 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping costs (both ways).
  8. Freight damage must be noted when package is received, or if "left on porch" called in next day. Freight damage packages can be rejected when delivered, notification of rejected package is appreciated and will speed up replacement order.
  9. Orders shipped within California are subject (by law) to California sales tax at 9.25%, (unless you have a California resale permit).
